  • How to create a business profile in YouAgile?
    Click Sign up and enter your personal data, a valid email and choose your password. You will receive a confirmation email. Then log in, choose your membership plan and start the process of filling out your professional or company profile with the required information. Once completed, wait for confirmation of the verification process for acceptance. Remember, by subscribing to YouAgile you accept our terms of service and rules of conduct. YouAgile, during the verification phase of the information entered during the registration phases, reserves the right, in the case of false information or in violation of our rules of conduct, to block, suspend or delete profile submitted.   • You must complete your Business Profile to do any activities on YouAgile
    It is important to keep in mind that after registering and choosing the membership plan, you must complete your business profile with the mandatory information required to be visible and do any matching activities in YouAgile. Incomplete Business Profiles will therefore be: not visible in the business profiles list on YouAgile they cannot send quotes and they cannot be invited to send quotes they cannot post requests/demand

    Your Business Profile on YouAgile plays a critical role in establishing your online presence. The content experience on Profiles offers more information to potential Business Partners and helps them understand your core business, services, products capabilities better. We encourage you to express your unique identity on your Profile and motivate Business Partners to connect with you. These key elements of your Business Profile should be updated with the latest information: Profile photo (individual or company logo) Description of professional services, type of consultancy or products, raw materials or projects. Description of your experiences and your Portfolio or specified products Insert links of your website and your professional/business social accounts Attach documents, photos or videos to help the business partners to understand your business (e.g. product catalog, CV, portfolio, work and projects made, etc.)

    In YouAgile, companies and professionals can publish a request for the supply of products or services. Click on Buying Services or Products and fill in correctly with the following information: 1. Enter one or more categories of the business sector (max. 10 tags) of your request 2. Title your supply request 3. Describe your request in detail, inserting and attaching, if necessary, all the documentation useful to make your potential suppliers understand what you need 4. Enter the services, products or professional skills (max 10 tags) you need 5. Enter the budget you have available ((Enter '1' if your budget is to be defined with your business partner) 6. Enter the country based on the geographical context of your request 7. Describe in detail the goals and milestones (max. 10) of your request 8. Click Submit .. and ready to go!   • How to send a supply?
    In YouAgile, companies and professionals can send quotes and offers to business partners who have published a supply request. Companies and professionals registered in YouAgile can search for all the supply requests listed using the available filters and thus evaluate only the supply requests of interest. Furthermore, if during the registration phase, you selected the functionality of “receiving by e-mail the business opportunities”, listed in YouAgile, you will be notified by e-mail every time that a supply’s request is in line with your core business. If a supply request listed in YouAgile is of interest to you, click on View Details. In case you want to send a quote for the supply request click on Bid. You can enter the price for which you are willing to sell your service or product and the delivery times. Finally write a note for your business partner. Ready! Your business partner has now received your quote. You can be contacted by your business partner if he/she needs more information or if he/she accepts your offer.   • How to accept an offer?
    If you have received an offer, you can contact your business partner to request more information or accept the offer and start working in the YouAgile Workspace. Remember that your YouAgile membership offers you three types of bid management: 1. Self-made [ MDO ] – The Buyer / Seller does not require YouAgile to support the bid process in any of its parts. 2. YouAgile User [ YAU ] – Buyer / Seller’s chooses to manage the Supply/Demand through the YouAgile tools and services already available in your YouAgile Office and / or recommended. 3.   • Am I obliged to contact and conclude the deal with my business partner exclusively within the YouAgile platform?
    YouAgile does not oblige its users to conclude the deal within the platform. This means that users can do freely the “b2b match” and contact the “business partner” in YouAgile. Subsequently agree with each other, outside of YouAgile’s platform, the methods of conducting the business. From the management of tasks and milestones to payment methods. Remember that if you decide to do business outside the YouAgile’s platform, that you must archive or cancel the request (if you are a buyer) or the bid (if you are a supplier).   • How Do I Change My Username?
    Your username is your unique identity on YouAgile and it cannot be changed. If you want to use another username, you need to close your account and create a new one. Important note: to deactivate your account you must cancel your membership plan to create a new account with a new username you need to subscribe a new membership plan For assistance and support please email us support@you-agile.com
  • To change your email address:
    Go to your profile Settings. Enter your new email and click Save. You’ll receive an email to your current email address requesting to confirm the change. Once the change is confirmed, you’ll receive another email to your new email address finalizing the change.

  • When do I need to verify my ID?
    You will need to verify your ID when you receive a notification on your account, asking you to perform the process. You will be asked to complete the process within the following 14 days. The link to verify your ID will be highlighted on a banner on your account – always available. We ask users for their ID to help us confirm you are really you. Please note that using misleading and fake profile information is strictly forbidden on YouAgile.

    Once the deal is concluded, the parties involved (buyer and supplier) have the reciprocal possibility of evaluating the service performed through a written review and the assignment of a reputation rating (Stars)
  • How do I close my account?
    Before you go, please be aware that by deactivating your account, you may lose all the information related to your cumulative activity on YouAgile. To deactivate your account, go to your profile setting [My Membership] > Cancel Please note that the deactivation of the account involves: - the loss of offers received or quotes sent - the loss of messages or documents exchanged with business partners - the non-accessibility to the Workspace - the non-accessibility to YouAgile support and smart business services
  • How do I change my notification settings?
    To change the notifications you receive from us, simply go to My Profile and activate or deactivate the "Available for business matching" button according to your preferences

    Never give out your password. It is important to know that if you prefer to conclude the deal with your business partner outside of the YouAgile platform, the resolution of any disputes remains in the discretion of the parties involved. Otherwise, if you prefer to be assisted in the commercial negotiation through the YouAgile services, in part or in the complete process, the resolution of any disputes will be managed by our Legal Team.   • How do I download attachments and files?
    When replying demand, you have the option to download the attached files. Also, when accepting deliveries from the seller, you can download the delivered files. If you are experiencing issues with downloading files to your computer, follow these steps: Review your browser extensions (i.e., additional features for your web browser). Review if you have any firewall or antivirus software that prevents downloads. Clear browser cache/cookies (i.e., temporary files in your browser). Verify whether or not you have a pop-up blocker enabled. If so, disable it for YouAgile.com. Once you’ve verified the steps, go to your order page and click the file or link provided in the delivery message.
  • What are SAL manage [ Milestones ]?
    Milestones is a feature that allows your seller to split up tasks for larger, more complex projects. For example, if you order a Gap Analysis or a single batch of product, your seller may split up your order into three milestones. Eg. Gap Analysis, The first milestone could be a Audit and Check List Form, the second milestone could be a draft of your Compliance level to the object required, and the final delivery completes the final files for the entire order.
